Dr. Bianco specializes in several areas of dentistry that help patients overcome issues they may have with their oral health. That means we can help you if you have not seen the dentist regularly, if you have significant dental issues from either lack of care or previous dental work, or if you’re just plain scared of the dentist.
Focused on your health and well-being, our goal is to help you smile more! Our areas of expertise are:
- Sedation Dentistry
- Dental Implants
- Cosmetic Dentistry
Sedation Dentistry: Enjoy a No-Fear and No-Pain Experience!
Dr. Bianco can erase years of neglect in a visit or two using a practice called sedation dentistry. You’ll be sedated just enough to be unaware of the treatment. You will be in a deeply relaxed state, and you will be conscious and responsive. However, you will feel no pain and little or no memory of what was accomplished.
Here’s How It Works
We will give you a small pill to take an hour before your dental appointment. By the time you arrive in our office, you will be very drowsy. We will escort you to our “comfort room,” and you will become very relaxed.
We will place you on a monitor to watch your vital signs. One of our staff members will be with you, keeping an eye on your vital signs, during the entire visit. When ready, Dr. Bianco and his team will begin your procedure.
The sedation dentistry process is safe. There are no intravenous tubes or needles.
Dental treatments that often require multiple appointments may be done in as little as one appointment, while you are in a relaxed, pain-free state. Make sure to see what some of our patients have said after having their dental work done here with sedation dentistry!
Dental Implants: Done Here in Our Office From Start to Finish!
Dental implants are strong and durable substitutes to missing teeth. By anchoring a structure directly into the bone of the jaw, a dental implant is the most natural way to replace a missing tooth.
At one time, only oral surgeons could provide the implant part of this procedure. However, Dr. Bianco has received the necessary education and trained at the prestigious Center for Dental Implants. With state-of-the-art equipment, we provide dental implant services right here in our office from start to finish.
A Two-Stage Treatment
Implant treatment has two components: a surgical phase and a restorative phase. Dr. Bianco will begin with a thorough evaluation of your medical and dental history. Then, he will do a full clinical examination of the entire mouth and missing tooth area. The clinical exam may also include specific X-rays.
After your assessment is complete, a comprehensive treatment plan will be devised. Implants will then be surgically placed in your jawbone. This procedure will be performed under local anesthesia.
The healing period is based on bone quality and quantity as well as the type of implant placed. After sufficient healing has occurred, the implant can then be used to support a crown, bridge, or denture.
Cosmetic Dentistry: Helping You Smile More!
Don’t cringe every time you look in the mirror and see damaged, cracked, stained, crooked, or chipped teeth. Dr. Bianco will fix the problems you’re having that make you self-conscious about your smile.
When you can smile more, you’ll feel more confident about yourself. With our cosmetic dental treatments, you can now have the smile you’ve always wanted!
